Our Property Management team does very little real estate sales, choosing instead to build relationships with local agents, where these agents feel confident that we won’t try to “steal” your client. We manage their investment property and when the owner decides to sell we refer them back to the referring agent for the sale.

We want these referring agents to consider us to be an extension of their team. They handle the buying and selling and we handle the property management. We want to make our referring agents look like the rockstars we know you are!
